The apartment does not have private parking.
You can park on public streets. We recommend looking for a spot near the block, particularly on the following streets:

Tourist Tax in Cagliari in 2026 for Short-Term Rentals:
The tourist tax in Cagliari for 2026 was set by the city council at the end of December 2025. For short-term rentals (vacation homes, tourist apartments, Airbnb, etc.), the tax is 2 euros per person per night in the first, second, and fourth quarters of the year, and increases to 3 euros per person per night in the third quarter, which is the peak tourist season (July–September).
The tax applies to each overnight stay, with a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per stay at the same property, regardless of the type of accommodation.
Children up to age 12 and people over age 70 are exempt from this tax.
The airport is 10 km from the apartment.
From the airport, you can take the direct train, which departs every 30 minutes and costs €1.30. In just 10–15 minutes, it will take you to Cagliari Central Station, located just 500 meters from the vacation apartment.

Welcome! We want you to feel right at home and for your stay to be as relaxing as possible. To ensure optimal comfort for you, our neighbors, and our future guests, we kindly ask that you follow these few simple rules:
* ? Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
* ? No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony using the ashtray provided.
* ? Parties and quiet hours: Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the peace and quiet of the building, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
* ? Environment and Energy Use: Help us protect the environment! Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave.
* ? Guests: Access to the property is reserved exclusively for the people listed on the reservation.
* ? Cleanliness and tidiness: You will find the house clean and tidy; we would appreciate it if you could wash the dishes before your departure.

Il Poetto (la spiaggia dei Cagliaritani)
Poetto is Cagliari’s beach; it stretches for about 8 km between Sella del Diavolo and Margine Rosso.
Thanks to its large capacity and popularity, it is known as the “beach of the hundred thousand” and is one of the most beloved spots for both locals and tourists.
The beach is characterized by its fine, white sand and its shallow, blue waters, ideal for families with children, as well as a modern boardwalk, perfect for walking, jogging, biking, and skating. Along the beach, there are numerous beach clubs, kiosks, restaurants, and bars offering entertainment both day and night: live music, nightclubs, and aperitifs.
Poetto is also a hub for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing, and hosts international events. Behind it lies the Molentargius Nature Park, a nature reserve where you can spot pink flamingos.
Porto sa Ruxi (Villasimius)
Porto Sa Ruxi Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia and is located in the municipality of Villasimius, on the southeastern coast, about 50 km from Cagliari.
It is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, fine white sand, breathtaking views, and the three small coves that line the shore.
Access is permitted by online reservation only, and the beach is managed by a beach club that offers a bar and various amenities.
Genn'e Mari (Torre delle Stelle)
Genn'e Mari Beach is a beautiful beach located in Torre delle Stelle, in southeastern Sardinia.
About 35 km from Cagliari, the beach stretches for about 500 meters and features fine, golden sand and crystal-clear waters, whose color ranges from turquoise to emerald green. The seabed slopes gently, making it an ideal spot for families and children.

If you’d like to take a nice walk through the pedestrian streets of the city center—along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza Yenne, Via Manno, Piazza Costituzione (Bastione Saint-Rémy), Via Garibaldi, and Piazza Garibaldi—you’ll find the link to Google Maps below. The hike to Sella del Diavolo in Cagliari offers a unique experience, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature.
Sella del Diavolo is also one of the most famous scenic spots in the city of Cagliari: climb to its summit to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, Poetto Beach, and Molentargius Park.
During the hike, you’ll discover Punic and Roman archaeological remains, as well as coastal towers that bear witness to life on this hill in ancient times.
The hike ends near the charming Cala Mosca beach, where, on hot, sunny days, a dip in the sea is a must to cool off after this pleasant hike.

Su Giudeu (Chia)
Located about 60 km from Cagliari, Su Giudeu is one of Sardinia’s most famous and popular beaches, situated in Chia Bay in Domus de Maria.
It is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, golden sand, and proximity to the small island of the same name, which can be reached on foot at low tide.
Porto Giunco Villasimius
Porto Giunco Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia; located in Villasimius, it is known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The beach stretches along the island’s southeastern coast, below the Tower of Porto Giunco (a 16th-century Aragonese tower) and next to the Notteri Wetland, a protected area famous for its population of pink flamingos and other migratory birds.

The beach features shallow, gradually sloping waters, making it ideal for families with children. The setting is sheltered and peaceful, with calm waters that reflect the sky, creating a landscape often described as “tropical.” It is part of the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area, rich in marine life such as barracudas and dolphins, making it a prime spot for snorkeling and scuba diving.

The Porto Giunco Beach Club is the area’s main historic beach club, located on the “Torre” side.

Parking: A parking area is available just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with capacity for approximately 800 cars. During peak season (summer 2024), the cost is approximately €5 per day. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Directions: From Villasimius, follow the signs for Capo Carbonara / Porto Giunco / Frazione di Notteri. Once you reach the port, turn left onto a road that becomes a dirt road until you arrive.
